Don&#8217;t forget to <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/11DUpPDtlsxn5m5K0Iv_Oq2783U4wwC2MVvA6p-0IP2I\/edit#gid=0\">add your topic to our Google doc<\/a> and\/or check to make sure that no one else is doing the exact same thing. <\/p>\n<p>As we start Unit 2, with its focus on the history of voting rights in America, we&#8217;ll return again to early America and look at the status of v<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/origin-democratic-republican-party-logos-donkey-elephant-2016-9\">o<\/a>ting rights in the U.S. between 1790 and 1850.
